I ordered a MSI RTX 2080 OC DUKE and A Cooler Mast...

I ordered a MSI RTX 2080 OC DUKE and A Cooler Master H500P Mid Tower Case.
For 4 days after I paid in full online, I didn't receive any confirmation or call or message from them.
Upon calling them, their staff spoke to me like they didn't care. Eventually someone answered and said that due to Chinese new year my Case is still on the way and the GFX card is already available to ship. I asked them to send it with the case. The same day, literally 15 mins after that call, upon checking my emails, I was told that the GFX card is not available and if I wanted to get another one I can order for it. I called Prime ABGB and the person on the phone said it was a misunderstanding.
Unhappy by the efforts they made I asked him to cancel the order, but the person was more than happy to get done with the call.
Please, it appears as if they pay people to write good reviews about them on google. Because their service is not as good as most people say and their sales representatives don't care if they loose or gain a customer.
I would never recommend Prime ABGB to anyone.
