Although this is a big a good looking dealership, unfortunately they were not very accommodating when I was making my car purchase. I actually felt as though they were doing me a favour by selling me my car.... and they up sold the hell out of me when I was signing the final paper work.... made me feel like I bought an unreliable car that needed all these extra things for when it fails me. And to this day, I still don t even know all the extra things I paid for. I called the dealership and asked for a manager to call me back and explain what I had purchased, but they never called. I might as well have bout my car from a vending machine, it would have been just as dry, but at least I wouldn t have left feeling like I got a different experience than some of the other people in there. That being said, I love my car and I m glad I Purchased it Just wish I purchased from another dealership. And to give them some credit, at least they were better than the people over at Gyro Mazda...
when my neighbour and I exchanged car buying experiences, I realized that there is a clear divide between how some people get treated vs others. Hopefully that changes one day soon.
