Sales process was 5 star service from beginning to end.

However, found a number of issues with the build and inspection of the Jeep before leaving dealer. Jeep has missing aftermarket parts listed online but not on the Jeep. Engine light turned on after 200 miles of driving. Took to local Service shop and found that the safety recall and catalytic converter issues need to be addressed. Furthermore, found a number of loose suspension parts and body parts coming apart.

Current issues being addressed with management and pending answers on resolution from Starwood Motors
