Although the initial dealership response and service seemed great, post-purchase of the vehicle has led to lack responses and little help in regard to an issue they caused. Specifically, they said the vehicle had a feature in which it did not and despite being told they would make it right, have yet to receive any response despite me trying to keep in touch for a solution. The rest of the experience was mediocre at best, but stating a feature that isn't actually there just to make a sale is my primary concern.

Hope to hear from them regarding this edited review but based on the post-purchase experience I've received so far, I don't have the high expectations as I once did of them.
