I just came out from Advent on May 29, 2019 in the room of the New Building 507 (VIP) I was treated because the platelets dropped once, what did I complain about before going out? I answered that the headache was still there, ok, finally I was given 1 antibiotic, but it didn't contain a headache as it turned out, then when I got home I finally called the Adventist Hospital why didn't I get a headache medicine? Sister answered in our data that there were no reports of headaches, even though every time my doctor or nurse visited me I always complained of headaches.

Very disappointed to remember that I want maximum service, and what are the visits to each visit? In fact, only one complaint was a headache, but how come he said medical records said there were no complaints of headaches from patients, plus a doctor's schedule that was truly erratic.

Hopefully Advent Hospital can improve the quality of its services.
