on May 1st in the morning, water damage was declared at the level of the ceiling and the air outlet of the SdeB. The neighbors of the 2nd and 3rd warned have nothing to do with the problem it seems. Tuesday as soon as the NEOTOA offices opened was warned ... Mixed reception. We record my request; I am told that a specialized service will be notified and will contact to find out where the leak is coming from .... Waiting .... waiting still ... Nothing; the following day, NEOTOA; other people ; another refrain .... We are not their priority of the day. No one was in fact warned and would not have come. They had only pushed me aside to continue their little recovery day after a long weekend. The wall continues to get wet ... the damage will certainly be even greater ... Whatever the community will pay ....! I am offered in a haughty tone by pointing out to me that they have something else to do ..... a possible visit tomorrow in the day ....
