Review of Hotel Pennsylvania

I stayed here in October 2014 and it was brilliant...

I stayed here in October 2014 and it was brilliant. The rooms were clean and tidy. I found the beds were quite squeaky but other than that they were comfortable. My room had a brilliant view of the street that led to Times Square. The staff were very patient and kind and said hello when I passed them in the corridor. The hotels gift shop staff were very helpful when it came to looking for gifts and always said thank you. The rooms were quite dim with not much colour, but the bright lights coming from Times Square made up for that. A problem that kept recurring throughout my stay were the door pass cards kept locking me out my room but the hotel staff always sorted it out straight away and never left me waiting for ages. I would stay here again if I was ever to visit New York again.
