I scheduled two 80 minute massages for my mother and I on Mother's Day weekend. I received a phone call saying that it was suggested to not have a stone massage and aromatherapy massage in adjoining rooms. I agreed. After my massage I noticed I was waiting awhile for my mother. Then I found out my massage was downgraded to 50 minutes without my consent. I was told it was a scheduling issue. Then, when we were paying the online price for my mother's massage was $110, but we were told there was an increase and were charged that price even after I showed Cassandra, at the front desk, my phone showing the online price. The staff did not try to rectify anything. Though the massages were good, the service I expect from a spa was unsatisfactory.
