Overbooked. And wasted hours getting there and only ones there within their 45 min prior to departure policy . Yet the people who arrived 10 minutes prior got priority!?! A horrible way to run a business all the way around. Go with another company. Will also review with trip advisor and tell my concierge peeps in Vegas to steer clear.
