I had dual coverage for the month of December and ...

I had dual coverage for the month of December and even though I gave them the document proving that I had dual coverage they would not refund my premium for December. I have been a loyal customer to them for years and have never been so disgraced. It appears they are a heartless company that does not look out for the best of their customers. Terrible customer service.
