I love this venue. The seats are roomy and comfortable so I'm not squirming halfway through the event because my rear is numb. Even the seats further back are great. The only issue I have is the way the ushers insist on showing you to your seat. If I know where my seat is, please just leave me alone and let me go to it. I will ask you if I need help. I was very frustrated watching this elderly couple in which the lady was walking with a cane, stand in line waiting because it was taking so long since everyone has to be escorted to their seats. That has to be a hardship on the disabled/elderly. 15 minutes after the portal doors opened we were still standing in line waiting to be seated. I let the couple go ahead of me, but that was as far as it went.
