Unprofessional counter people. Back office people at ground floor,they use some abusive language though they talk among their people while customers are around. Felt shame as I was there with family. At counter some senior people do cash counting, they make fun of customer (who had argued for some product or material they might have felt the price is wrong or any expiry date)who left in the presence of other customers.

But these seniors must understand that other people they watch them very carefully. There must be the owners or their family members at counter. But first of all they must learn some manners of customer service.
