Terrible customer service. Service personnel do not communicate well with each other. I waited an hour and 40 minutes for a ride to pick up my car today, after being told that someone would contact me in 15 minutes, and after calling back AND leaving voice mail messages and sending a text! Thank you, Adam, for finally sending a driver, but just after he picked me up, I got a call from another driver saying he was waiting for me in the driveway. I only chose Jay Wolfe because it was close; I used it once before and got charged $65 to pay them to diagnose something that was under warranty and malfunctioned. Had it NOT malfunctioned, there would have been no need to diagnose it, so I should not have been charged. I would rather drive to Lees Summit Honda than to ever deal with this "Service"? place again. The management needs to do a WAY better job on customer service/customer retention. They only got a star because google review doesn't post reviews without at least one.
