Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off and lied to. Like a typical stereotype dealer and service department these guys were probably the worst experience I have had with a dealership. I took my car in for brake work, and walked out paying double what I had been quoted. The service department also told me there was a rebate for brakes which helped ease my decision. I took their word for it, which was a mistake! There is not rebate for brakes. Apparently NOT! Other dealers this would. I had the EXACT same work done on my wife's Nissan, and it was $250 less! I should have checked into it before making my decision. Ford also had a special going on for replacing brakes, but that doesn't include labor or "supplies". I highly doubt that any additional "supplies" other than brake pads and rotors for replacing front brakes should cost $35! Are we talking a really expensive can of brake cleaner? I sure hope they used a whole can! I was also charged $90 in labor for a 5 minute replacement of a fuel door! It's literally 2-4 screws... I must work in the wrong racket, because that's some good money! Other Ford forums I had read most dealerships will replace this for free because it's such a common problem. Regardless, I will never go back to this dealership for anything. Honestly, I'm not sure I'll buy another Ford again after this. This also took them about 5 hours to do! I could have done this myself in a quarter of the time and cost. I only went to the dealership because I got 85k miles out of my brakes. Figured OEM would be best. Then again, that's also how I drive, and not the brake. At the price it cost, that wasn't such a good decision.
