I had to reschedule my daughter's appointment due to her new semester class schedule. After navigating through the online service to get the date and time slot available, I had a rude shock. NUH called me and asked me why I changed my appointment because I have no appointment in the first place but I said I received a reminder of my appointment. After checking, they confirmed and how come, 2 same names, huh. Then they informed the dates and time slots shown means nothing, everyday is available. I asked, what's the point of online appointment, she said so that we can contact you to give an actual date and time available. I was so surprised when she casually asked me how about January next year. What a hospital!!
