For the price, I'd expect better rooms. The walls are dirty, there was a moldy water spot in the bathroom above the toilet, and the doors are not soundproof at all (you can perfectly hear everything happening in the rooms from the hallway). The only redeeming qualities are that the conference rooms, staff, and the fitness center are all great.
