The worst customer service ever! Our couch was ordered in AUGUST and promised in time for Thanksgiving but we barely had it before Christmas. AND the pillows which come with the couch STILL have not arrived! It's now JUNE and despite promises, they have NEVER ONCE called us back. When we call, they have one excuse after another but ZERO ACTION. I have never had a worse customer experience. They have not even earned the one star I had to give.
