It is worth the guided tour..do not recommend just seeing from the outside. Buy tickets 1 week in advance go to the own site of the theater colon. Digital ticket / print from email or website. It has option of guided tour in Spanish and English (few hours). The schedule is hard. End is at the same place from the beginning of the visit on both sides has a souvenir shop and cafeteria / snack bar (accept credit card and Argentine pesos).
