Geoffrey Letcher and Jason or John?? (Can't recall the second technicians name) were very professional and friendly. I was able to get a same day appointment to have 2 toilets fixed within 3 hours after placing my call. Geoffrey was honest and noted one of the toilets only needed the chain adjusted and the continous running stopped immediately . Although the price to change the floater valve and pipe was over $200 I felt safe and had the comfort of a warranty service.
