Horrible Spring break experience.

Horrible Spring break experience.
Waited in a line for over an hour when trying to check in Monday afternoon. Was told my room (ocean front executive suite) was not clean yet (at 5pm? Why not?), so they moved me to another room (moving from 7th floor to the 10th). Finally parked in the parking garage and walked back over, just to wait 15 more minutes for an elevator. Finally arrived at our room, just to walk in on people in the bed (mind you I have 3 children with me). Apologized to the people in the room and went straight back to the front desk. Asked how in the world they were even able to give me keys to someone else's room. They gave me $50 in food credit and moved me once again. Once again had to battle the elevator line. Finally reach our room and it was disgusting. The first thing my daughter said was "it smells like pee". Trying to hide my frustration, I went on the balcony and started searching other hotels. While on the balcony there were several dirty/used diapers on the deck below. People were apparently throwing clothes from above because a tank top landed on our balcony. The entire room was covered with dust and dirt. Bathroom had someone else's hair all over the sink. It appeared someone had fallen asleep with dip in their mouth, as it was running down the sheets and bed. I quickly booked a room elsewhere and returned back downstairs for a refund and to return food credit (I can't even imagine what their food would be like... Gross). Would never recommend this hotel for ANYONE.
