Review of The Leighinmohr House Hotel

My wife and I spent one night in this house/ hotel...

My wife and I spent one night in this house/ hotel. The main entrance to the hotel is beautiful, relaxing, sumptous. The lady at the reception was pleasant, knowledgeable and well presented We had a meal booked withthe package and decided to have our meal right before we went to our room. I had a rib eye steak and my wife had the haddock both were superb and the waiter Dragus (I think) was more than helpful and pleasant. The only fly in the ointment in that whole building was the restaurant itself. It was clean, well Kept but this whole area ( restaurant area) Completely lacked soul, beauty and Cosyness/ friendlyness. It seemed totally disconnected from the main building regarding design, feel and warmth. Get someone in who has a flair for interiors of this type and transform this area. I did not want to stay any longer in that area than I had to.
