miranda gordy Review of Minor & Jester

Minor and jester is worthless now that Tom Jester is gone!!! Jill will never fill those shoes.
Just FYI to one of Jill jester's clients: if you are a female who has cried "at a table" in front of Jill, she hates representing you. I over heard her talking with my cases opposing counsel (what a way to feel represented *rolls eyes*) about it.
Also, the word around Denton and from the mouth of Jill, is that Jill is being sued by her step mom for ownership of minor and jester. Too much dirty laundry.
There also seems to be some bad reports on Jill from the Bar, but what do I know.
Jill wasn't my attorney though, Christopher Henry was. He is not a family law attorney. If you are looking to spend a lot of money on absolutely nothing Chris is the way to go. When I have a moment I'll post pics of the ridiculous things I've been billed for (ex: $67 for an unwarranted email asking how my weekend went, $67 for leaving a message because someone didn't answer, stating he would take $600 off my bill for not filing an enforcement in a descent amount of time and never took the money off). Chris also has a problem of saying he can do things and the when you actually ask him to do those things he says they aren't plausible (asking for SMC, him agreeing it's doable, then later comes back and says no can't do it because it requires a lot more work than he thought. says he will file motions, I check on said motions, nothing has been filed). If you follow OMB I would recommend that you do not hire minor and jester as thier answer to handling a cluster b personality is basically "don't rock the boat". Chris is definitely a "wet noodle" non confrontational attorney, NOT fit for family court system). I literally presented him with everything he needed to get me SMC (ex: other party admitting to rape, documented child molestation and child abuse, documented with witnessed harassment) still couldn't get it done ALL DUE TO COSTING MORE MONEY. He's too busy charging for phone calls and nonsense instead of actually fighting to get you where you need to be by filing proper motions.
If you are unfortunately already a client do yourself a favor and record all conversations and keep all emails.
I had to go to court to possibly correct a huge mistake of Chris's. Of course due to procedural circumstances, and no fault of judge Shipman, it could not be corrected. And Jill had the audacity to withdraw from me afterwards due to problems in client/attorney relationship. Like duh there's problems, the attorney doesn't know how to properly do his job.
I'm actually fine with no longer having them as "representation" if you would even call them that.
