For a 5 star hotel the check in process is rediculous. Herds of people waiting in the lobby - you would think for such a busy hotel they would have more people working. We wanted to leave our bags since our room wasn t ready and the guy was in a terrible mood. Again another line and another long wait. How is this a luxury hotel?
