To be honest we were very disappointed.

To be honest we were very disappointed.
My wife booked 2 rooms for 5 family members.
1 with 2 queen beds and 1 with 2 normal suites with 2 beds.
Upon arrival we were informed there was an issue with the queen room and we have been allocated a room with 1 queen bed and a pull out bed.
I would have expected in a situation such as this we would have had a complimentary upgrade and not a downgrade.

We did politely raise our concerns and were offered free breakfast.


We just feel let down when this should have been a weekend to remember.
