It is unfortunate that this is the only hospital close because I have never been more frustrated with a medical provider.

I was referred to a specialist here only to have him not reference my medical history at all, send text messages in the appointment, and remove me from a long standing medication due to him not listening.

I am now 30 days in trying to talk to a human about my astronomical bill with no resolution.

I am sure there are lots of great individual people that work here, but more and more this feels like any other major corporation just looking to squeeze as much money out of individuals as possible. All this when people are in need of medical care and not in a position to "price shop."

I have also already called the hotline that will undoubtedly be posted as a response to this review in their "we care" canned response. You leave a message and maybe someone calls you back. When they did call me back, it was from a blocked number so I didn't answer. After trying again I never got a call back. So, to pretend this is some kind of resolution is laughable.
