The person that helped me had some attitude problem. She was curt and very unpleasant. She reminded me of a DMV worker in the States. At first, I thought it was just this one worker who was unfriendly. But it didn't end with her. I was told to pay at the cashier's window on the 2nd floor where a guy assisted me. And, he was just the same--rude and unhelpful! They really need to train these embassy workers to assist people with better attitude. After all, their job is to provide services, and not exhibit arrogance and be rude.
