OUT OF STATE stay away. They will send you pictures of something you will not get. They will ignore you as soon as you sign the lease. Nothing but mold and wavy concrete floors from the concrete foundation cracking from it being from the 60's (also looks like the 60's inside never had a serious renovation). The wavy cracking concrete floors have cheap glue downed vinyl flooring over the cracks on the floor form the concrete rising.

Once your sign the lease they will ignore everything and blame corporate. Then claim they can't get a hold of corporate. They don't give receipts of rent and no documentation process. They claim auto pay then will say they prefer you to pay in cash or money orders. If they loose a check or money order etc you are on the hook for more money.

Look up the bad reviews on their properties like Orchard Village

They will remove bad reviews don't fall for it
