Had to wait 6 hours before a room in the hospital ...

Had to wait 6 hours before a room in the hospital was available following my surgery??? Everyone was very polite.
Also, was contacted 4-5 days prior to surgery by the billing department to pay my portion of the cost. Caught off guard, I paid the amount they told me on my credit card only to find out the next day that I was overcharged $2700. Complained for the next several days until finally getting my refund.
Very frustrating experience.
