One year ago I gave four star's, sadly the general condition of the place is now poor and tired. Weeds growing all over, ripped flooring by the rope pull which was out of action/broken on my daughters birthday making hard work dragging the ringos back to the top. The staff no longer help push the children down the slopes so the parents have to clamber around other waiting children trying to organise their own which caused long delays and ques. The staff were also disengaged and not paying attention to children at the bottom standing on the slope stopping the next children from going down. Disappointing day and honestly for a birthday we felt let down. The management need to walk the floor as such and see what is not happening.
