food is treated like art. bland fish appetizers topped with large amounts of cotton candy-i didn't get it. portions were tiny. desserts looked great, but just didn't taste great. service and decor topnotch. next time i'll try the bar- seemed a lot more interesting and a lot less costly. if you want a meal like this, go to per se.
