We loved Smythe Volvo so much- we went back for an additional car 2 weeks later.

Great dealer experiences are hard to come by - Smythe Volvo is absolutely the exception. The energy at the dealership is fantastic- you can tell all of the employees genuinely like their jobs and believe in creating a seamless experience. Car buying is normally a sort of stressful experience for me- I am a busy full time working mom- I am always short on time and skeptical of the "dealer experience." The evening I had at Smythe Volvo completely changed my perception.

I sat with Kevin and Debbie and they both made me feel like I was spending time with friends. Kevin recommended options he truly thought were going to work for me and my lifestyle and explained all the pertinent information in perfect detail. There was zero pressure, honesty from both and they were so respectful of my time and preferences.

Debbie is a special "gem". Knowing I was in a little bit of a rush to get home before bedtime, she took the time to set up my car for me personalizing even the sound settings and adding little tassels to my keys. Every time I look at them I smile and think of her!
