As a customer of Lighthouse, I've experienced nothing but grade A service when I had a question or concern about my policy and coverage. Additionally, as an insurance Agent in my community, it's my job to offer our clients reputable companies with quality products which they stand behind. Our Agency representative is extremely responsive and goes to bat for us at every opportunity. I tell our clients that I would not insure their home with a carrier unless I'd also be willing to insure my own home with the same company - and by allowing Lighthouse to insure my family's home, I live up to this statement.
