I strongly advise against ADARNA Schweiz GmbH! Our company was completely wrong advised by the seller and got involved in a contract with ORANGE.
We were A written confirmation from ADARNA confirming that SUNRISE's transfer costs would be 170 francs. After the termination, SUNRISE then charged us 563 francs and was unwilling to reduce these costs to the 170 francs confirmed by ADARNA.
The new corporate subscription at ORANGE was also much more expensive than ADARNA offered, as the seller had promised us options that did not include the subscription (or at an extra cost).
Finally, we have saved absolutely no money with the change from SUNRISE to ORANGE and had a huge effort to solve all problems.
ADARNA absolutely did not support us after signing the contract and usually did not respond to e-mails or phone calls! The seller's promised great service from ADARNA is utterly miserable and does not exist at all.
Conclusion: ADARNA only wants to earn commissions with telephone contracts and is then absolutely not interested in the concerns of the customer!
For the sake of good order, it should be noted that ADARNA, after a long, great pressure on our part, has paid certain costs, as we were able to prove the errors correctly in writing. As a result, after months of back-and-forth, we had at least no financial loss compared to the previous contract.

So, if you're planning to change the phone company, you'd better do that directly with ORANGE, SUNRISE or SWISSCOM, and not through ADARNA!
