I recently had my 2017 Ford Escape serviced due to a slight accident. I had Phillip Holtz as my contact person and couldn't have asked for a more efficient person. My Escape was in the service center for approximately 3 weeks and Phillip contacted me everyday except for Sunday and he actually took a Saturday off but he let me know he wouldn't be contacting me. The crew in the service department were great the test drove it found some problems and continued to work on it till they and myself were satisfied that it was just like brand new which it was once they were done. I couldn't have had a better experience and dealt with any better people . I definitely would recommend Sil-Terhar to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle great bunch of people in the office and in the garage doing the work.
