My review is for the car rental services Lithia Toyota of Abilene offers. I have not bought a car from them yet. I originally had a resevation with Enterprise for a 17 day rental for a mini van over the Christmas holidays. I arranged for my babysitter to drive me and my children to Enterprise to pick up my rental and they did not have my car nor would they honor the rental reservation and I was out the money I paid my babysitter to drive us. Plus I did not have a vehicle large enough to pick up my in laws from the airport that afternoon. I called Lithia on a whim not sure if they even did rentals but they did. From the first phone call to having the van in my driveway was 45 mintues!!! They brought the car to me, so I did not need to find another ride and move all the carseats. Janie was wonderful she handled everything over the phone and email, the service was fast, friendly and over $500 CHEAPER that enterprise. I was so pleased with the service I received that we plan on buying a car this spring Lithia Toyota of Abilene will be our first stop.
