D'Anna Madden Review of Bryan Chevrolet, Inc.
My 23 year old daughter worked hard and diligently...
My 23 year old daughter worked hard and diligently to purchase her a used yet DEPENDABLE car for herself. She explained her financial situation and her need for a dependable car as she didn t want to be stuck alone on the side of the roadway with a baby. Within 24 hours of driving the car starting acting weird so daughter called salesman immediately. The problems continued to escalate and she was back up there the following Monday, within 72 hours of said purchase. At this time she was told by the salesman that she would have wait until the 18 for her extended warranty to cover the repairs. While waiting until the 18 the problems continued to escalate, car has now been dying while going and almost gotten her rear ended several times. When she went back up there as instructed on the 18 she was then notified her extended warranty didn t cover the issue. This AM I am left to feel grateful as my daughter and granddaughter could have been seriously hurt or worse as the car stalled going 55 mph with a loaded down gravel truck behind her. As a mother I thank God for putting his arms around my babies and for the truck driver who very attentively got his loaded down truck in the shoulder to avoid hitting my daughter in the rear end. The manner in which Tom Lite has treated my daughter and her situation is inexcusable to say the least. I am thankful to be writing this review and not a eulogy. Being in the customer service industry I would never be able to practice with the lack of customer service, compassion or care that this car has and is a major safety issue that has put her life in danger on multiple occasions. Tom Lite s has no empathy, refuses to help her in any fashion or form even after talking her into buying the extended warranty. To you Mr. Manager I ask, how are you going to feel if something tragic happens to my daughter and granddaughter, how will you be able to sleep at night? What if this was your daughter, wife or mother? I pray no one ever takes advantage of you the way your dealership has and continues to treat my daughter.
