Bad Facilities and Dirty Toilets.

I stayed here with my family and had the worst experience of my life.
To start with:
A/C in the room gave so much trouble that on one of the night at 11:00 PM, housekeeping and maintenance team repaired the non-working and leaking A/C in the middle of the night which disturbed our sleep. Staff would use bath towels provided by the hotel, to the guest for cleaning the leaking A/C & wet floor.
Stagnating water in the bathroom in the First floor. Poor Sanitation - shower area gets flooded and the water fills the entire bathroom and then the bedroom (attached few pics of the bathroom).
Stinking bathrooms - all over the property.
Rusting dustbins, horribly maintained furniture.
At the time of billing after check-out the staff could not handle the card swiping machine and delayed my departure.
The front office staff is THE MOST RUDE I have ever faced.
I will never recommend this place for anybody to stay or for people who have travelled and know what is customer service for the price we pay.
