I sent my phone here to be repaired as a OnePlus manufacturer repair. After it shipped out, I read all these reviews and nearly had a breakdown. But SBE were great - really helpful reply to my questions via email, absolutely perfect repair in line with the pricing guide OnePlus provided. It was posted back to me on time, and while the return packaging could've been a little more padded, not a scratch on it.
So if you've just sent your phone out and now you're panicking reading these horrible reviews, remember that people are much more likely to share bad experiences than good ones!
