I am glad to hear that others have been able to get a hold of this company and a least get an answer. I have called twice as the people on the other end told me to go online to get information about doctors local to me. I have gone on line at least once a day for the past 9 weeks and still cannot get the system to work. I have called dentists locally and I cannot find one dentist (of any quality) that will accept my coverage.
I have never seen a company so willing to take my money and not give anything in return. I now associate dental insurance companies with used car salesmen/saleswoman.
