Scheduled a 9am appointment because I have class at 10:30. At 9:30am I asked how much longer, despite the fact I should've been in 30 minutes ago. They told me 10 more minutes. Very rude and inconsiderate of other people's time. Do not recommend coming here cause I know I never am again. Oh and this isn't the first time this has happened!!
