Owner insulted me at jobsite. Very unprofessional. Then bragged about his bar. What a jerk

Do not live up to commitments. One of the owners is rude! Then they respond with untrues.

When I started working with this company everything has gone nice and easy. My budget was meant. The salesmen was friendly. I financed this project and I was quite impressed with Maria. She answered all my questions. Vince did a fantastic job. They got my windows in one day. Clean up was excellent. I would recommend this company.

Our experience with Window Concepts was outstanding from start to finish. Garrett Rosenberg gave an honest, straight forward, no pressure quote for our project. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. The delivery of the windows was well within the estimated time frame, and the installation crew was very polite and professional. Their installation was clean and had no issues and their cleanup of all material and waste was flawless. During the final permit sign off of the city, the entire staff was involved and the owner of the company called to ensure that everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. Overall I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and would use them again in the future.

Window Concepts put extra wide, low profile gutters on my house. Looks great and these gutters don't plug up. Great salesperson, great job.

Window Concepts just finished replacing all of my windows (More than 20) and they did a beautiful job. Tony's team was extremely professional, punctual and courteous. They answered all of my questions throughout the process and did an absolutely beautiful job. I solicited bids from numerous vendors and am certain that I chose the right company for my project.

We had our windows done on March 11th the guys came out knocked them out very quickly they look amazing there great looking windows and I could barely even tell window construction had going on it was so clean. The only reason I m giving them three stars at the moment will be depending on them returning to my home to re-caulk my basement window but at this point I m going to be calling for a statement credit to do it myself so its done and I know it s nice outside now and they re getting busy but that s still no excuse. I want to mention that I also spoke with the head Carpenter on 4/25 about it an I was told if and when he has another job in the area he will try to stop by andI spoke with the gentleman who is in charge of service as well. Haven t had any communication with anyone since the 4/25

Amazing workmanship.....great product great price. I am very satisfied. Thanks to Garry and Dave for coming out. Vince did an excellent job. Maria was fantastic as well. This is a great company!

We had a guy come out for a roof tear off and replacement estimate for a flat roof-style mid century modern style house. Rude and completely unprepared. Arrived late, in a sedan not a truck, no ladder to actually inspect the roof, instead stood in our neighbors yards to get a look. No measurements or anything. He told us we were wrong (as well as the 4 other PROFESSIONAL estimates we ve had already) and didn t understand how our roof works.

We hired Window Concepts to replace our wood shingles siding with vinyl siding. The Window Concepts team did an extremely exceptional job and we are very happy with the results! Brian, Michael, Maria and the whole team are very professional, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend using Window Concepts for your home needs!

Horrible company. stands behind employees who snoop around clients bedrooms and violate their personal property. stay away.

Window Concepts replaced my windows (10) as well as re-sided my garage. They did an excellent job from beginning to end. Both crews were on time, professional, tidy and took pride in their work. From the initial appointment for quotes to the finished product, i could not be happier. The owners are delightful and answered all my questions and the office staff is great as well. I think my house is standing up a bit prouder!

$15,000 in windows and it was left 75% done. We asked for painting, caulking, and finished with trim. They trimmed it... but that s it. Not only that, but there s cracked and gouged trim. Furthermore, they had to come back because they left without the windows locking. Do not trust this company with your home. They ll do anything to get the sale and after that, you don t matter.

Awesome company, from the phone girl, to the salesmanship, to the carpenters. Highly recommend this company.

If I could give this company NO stars I would! I recently attended the Drury Lane home show. My husband and I were looking to get new siding and new windows in our home. There were 2 ladies working the Window Concepts booth but I was approached by a woman named Christine and the other lady was talking to another customer and she sounded very knowledgeable about the company so I stopped to inquire about their work. Such a shame that I didn't get the opportunity to talk to the other lady instead. I told Christine what we were interested in and proceeded to ask her a few questions regarding their products and timing of install. To say the least she could tell me nothing about the products or the company. This was a complete turn off for me because how can you be at a home show representing a company that you know nothing about! When I told her that it doesn't sound as if she knew the answers to my questions she automatically had a attitude and gave me a "free gift" which was cleaning wipes that she told me would be good for cleaning my windows. Absolutely NOT! I used them on a few windows and they are now completely smudged as if I were to use a baby wipe full of soap on them. Not only did she know nothing about the company she knew nothing about the wipes she was handing out! So upsetting. I suggest that if this company wants to have good business that they do not send someone with no knowledge about the company to a home show ever again. My husband and I found a great company to do our work and recently signed a $48,000 contract! Window Concepts lost out on this because of 1 unknowledgeable employee!

I had an appt. at 7 and this guy from Window Concepts shows up at 8 and says that the salesmen who was supposed to come, his wife went into labor. He said, lets look at your windows. He looked at them for literally 1 minute and asked me how much I'd like to spend. I said I'd like to keep it around $500 a window and he said, 'yeah, we can't help ya'. He put his hand out, I shook it... sort of in shock with the abruptness and he left my house within less then 4-5 minutes of just walking in. I have to agree with the first comment on here! What a moron!
Such a waste of time and energy.

Quality, value and exceptional service & installation. Very happy we chose Window Concepts.

Had 4 basement windows installed. They did a great job. Installers were very knowledgeable and polite. They cleared away all waste and the windows look great.

They just replaced my patio door - great service and company to work with .

Had my front 3 windows replaced. Salesman was pushy and kept calling afterwards and kept asking to talk to my boyfriend or husband or basically any GUY who wasn't me despite I am the homeowner. Installers were wonderful and professional. Job was done in a few hours and they cleaned up everything behind themselves. However I am having issues with the windows now as they are sticking and require some serious effort to open and close compared to the other windows I had replaced by another company.

Purchased windows in 2014 for the patio door. In October of 2019 noticed that there is a broken seal in one of the windows. Called the company to request someone to come out and look at the window. Received a call from Bob letting me know that the company that made the windows is no longer in business and there is nothing they can do. Looking at the sales contract, the sales person (David Smith) hand wrote that there is a lifetime warranty that is transferable. I am also told that there is not other glass maker that is able to replace that glass to fit the window - mind you, it's a standard side window. I would not recommend this company for any window replacement.

Got our roof redone by Window Concepts this past April and we're very impressed with the results! Window Concepts is very professional with great finished product we recommend them to our neighbors and anyone looking to get their roof done.

We recently had new Windows put in our home . They appeared to be fine and the workers seemed effient and nice. They completed the job in two days and made very little mess.
However, one of the Windows is popping out when opened. We called and tried to explain to the women who sneered the phone and she proceeded to tell us that we don't know how to open and close the window as well as being snippy and rude. We have not since received a return call from them.
Very unhappy at this point.

Scheduled an appointment through HomeAdvisor. Garrett came out to meet with me at the house. No tape measure (used his feet), didn't take notes...very unprofessional. Spent most of the time bragging. Asked me how much I wanted to spend and tried to pressure me into a sale. Kept asking "how can we make a deal today?" Didn't like my response that I needed an estimate and that I had other estimates that I needed to compare. He took so much time (2 hours) trying to pressure me that the next contractor arrived. Garrett was not happy and put the samples in the car, slammed the door and took off. Never heard back from him.

The experience was very good! No disappointments. The pricing as well as the communication, efficiency and cleanup after the work was satisfactory, which is why I have given 5 stars.

We just had siding and doors installed. Very happy with the result, and the outcome looks very neat and professional. When we met Mike, we kind of having a weird feeling about his selling skill, he jokes around, but when he show us the sample of the siding, we are really impress to see the quality of the material.

So, we decided to signed a contract with this company after an hour of conversation to have them replacing new siding and doors.

First, John came to measure the doors for us, then we order 3 doors plus the storm doors. It took us about two weeks to get the doors, then the siding company came and dropped of the siding. Paul who is the installation of the siding, he started to work right away, no matter how hot or cold, he keeps working all days long from dawn to dark. It took him about a week to finish the work. Then, John started to work on the doors, he replace the outdoor security light for us, he installed new doors and storm doors for us.

Finally, everything is done. The house looks brand new to us now, even it is 40 years old house. We are really happy with the outcome, and I would recommend both of these guys to you. They are very nice, respectful person, and professional worker.

My friend who owns her own house exclusively, asked you to bid her house for siding in a color she like's and you had the audacity to ask her if any one else lived in the home? She replied that her fiance spends a lot of time there, but that she alone owns the home and your represenative told her he needs to be there to discus everything as it would be to much for her to understand? You are really full of yourselves aren't you? You lost the chance to ever get any business from her ever just from that.

You talked down to this woman.
How stupid are you?

The home owner makes the decisions, not the boyfriend, fiance or any one else.

You obviously do not understand that and she and a lot of her friends will be posting this story along with your company name every where we can just to show how stupid your associates are.

We will be looking into if this violates any of her rights and also looking to see if you can be sued for these insane practices.

Good luck to you, you are going to need it.
