Unfortunately the sales rep that actually sold me ...

Unfortunately the sales rep that actually sold me the vehicle was very pushy, rude, unprofessional. I ended up signing a contract, however a few days after there was a personal issue that occurred. I called my rep and said that he s not in this position himself so it pretty much didn t matter, raising his voice. A few days passed, I spoke to the Sales Manager over the phone and also raised his voice at me, after I told him I wanted to transfer my deposit to a higher priced car at the same dealership (I m aware of the 3 day exchange). Sales Manager also requested my senior friend NOT to come with me to check out the car. My friend is already a BMW client, so this was kind of shocking.

Giving this location a 5/5 ONLY because of sales rep named Mas (who didn't even sell me the vehicle). Otherwise I d definitely give a lower rating. Anyways I ended up getting a vehicle, and they switched me over to Mas who was very professional, kind, and also gave some tips and advice. He delivered the car to me, which was an exceptional experience especially for my first car. Kudos to Mas.
