All marks out of 10

location - 6

restaurant choice - 5
restaurant quality - 6

nighttime entertainment - 3 (Well below par for Christmas guys)
room quality / comfort - 6
room view / space 7

We went here over the Christmas period 2 adults and 2 older children 18 and 15.
Very clean hotel and mostly very friendly staff. Location was a bit sparse with a few restaurants and very few shops in the area.
Good choice of pools at the hotel and plenty of space for everyone. (no sunbed issues at all)
Restaurant appeared very canteen like and tables were rather close together. Food was nice but not varied enough. There were theme nights but a tray of buritto's and a tray of wraps doesn't quite constitute a Mexican theme food night. (good try though guys) Christmas day meal was just above average and didn't make much of an effort. We have stayed in several hotels over the canaries at Xmas and I'm afraid for your money you can get more of a special Christmas at other hotels. Saying that this hotel is very clean, has mostly very polite and friendly staff, and has plenty of grounds and enough pools for children to enjoy. It is very much a family orientated hotel but there are great quiet areas too.
We rate this hotel as more of a 3 plus and not quite a 4 star. Needs some renovation in areas and definitely needs more choice at meal times. We did enjoy our stay at Paradise Park. Would we go back? Unfortunately no, because we have stayed at many hotels in the canaries within a similar price range offering more and better for there customers.
A hint for this hotel ( where possible pick a pool facing room) these were lighter, more modern and nicer than the road facing rooms which didn't appear renovated and were quite dark.
