Wow! I've Never had a car buying experience that was ACTUALLY not like a day that has killed you. Richard was calm, listened, and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I even told him humbly I didn't want him to go out of his way for something and he genuinely was like, "no really, I like doing my job and I don't mind at all." He was willing to get the deal done and it actually wasn't an all day deal either. I've never left a google review for a car dealership but if you were interested in a dealership that doesn't feel like a salesmanship and you want to go see Richard with Bell Lexus!
