"Customer service" agents don't give the same answer to questions Some questions aren't even able to be answered. Probably not the agents' fault, but moreso within the company training. 98% of agents often seem miserable to be there and inconvenienced by calls. I have had a good interaction with an agent named Erin. (If you are reading this Erin, thank you for being curteous and trying to resolve an issue). Services and meds that have been covered on other health plans (less expensive health plans might I add) aren't covered on this one. Common services that have been covered all year suddenly aren't covered anymore, like OT.
