The dealings with salesman Eddie Hawk were 5-star, he was a great guy to work with. The post sale dealings with the finance organization were 1-star. I tried 8 times to get a response to a critical money question and got no response. Finally I started calling the head man in finance. These interactions were so messed up I rated the overall experience 2 stars. My advice, if you buy from McDavid go with cash and be done with them.
