I knew when I first began working with Angela, and then Shant, in the store that I would be delighted with my new ring. I brought 5 of my half-carat "family" diamonds to create a half eternity band. I was probably inordinately particular as to the the style, prong position and thickness, diamond height--but everyone involved was all very patient and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. I am ECSTATIC with the ring, so happy that I have now ordered a custom diamond "halo" ring setting for my former solitaire-mounted diamond. I can't wait for this. Wow, what more can I say--they're the best, and "just like family."
