Usually always a good meal here, but last visit we ordered 2 apps 1st one was a sampler of fried cheese, stuffed mushrooms and also fried calamari..2nd app was supposed to be the Spinch dip with what looked like baked pitas chips on menu, well 1st app came out 2nd app never arrived then 5 minutes later waitress brought my husband his soup which he enjoyed then she brought out the salad bowl that was supposed to be for my son and myself, it wasn't even a size of a small house salad, and also that is the only time were were ever offered Parmigiana cheese on and no bread sticks till I flagged her down and ask for them and were the 2nd app was she brought the bread sticks and said the spinach dip app would becoming out of the kitchen to us any minute..10 minutes later our meals arrived and I said Please Cancel that app, it makes no sense to have it now, I do have to say that my chicken palm was on spot,my sons never ending pasta bowl he had, he really enjoyed with his 2 servings my 4 and 6 year old daughters enjoyed there spaghetti and 1 had meat balls and other had shrimp, BUT ..My husband had order the chicken marsala and he maybe took 2 bites and then said it tasted like cardboard and watched the rest of us eat our dinner, we only saw waitress again when it was time for us to be asked about haveing dessert and we passed on it and she asked how many containers she should bring and I said 2 and that's when she finally realised that there was something wrong with my husband's meal and he told her it tastes like cardboard and she asked if he wanted something else and he said No that it tasted so bad that it put him off for anything else there, she appoligises and said she would get her manager, Manager was very nice and asked if there was anything else he could bring because also when we first ordered our drinks waitress came back twice because both different beers he tried to order they were out of, he was very nice and offered another type of beer and also said he would give my husband a 20 dollar gift card so he could have a beer and Spinach dip on him next time we came in..I will go again in future but not sure when or If I will bring my Husband back with me again, I cant enjoy there Amazing Chicken Pamagian again while he sits and watches me eat, but things happen and no one can be 100% perfect every time or life would be to boring,But I have to say that the way the Manager came out and and talked with us and handled the situation was very professional and up beat
