Hotel and food are very nice and clean. The service polite and courteous. There are deductions because of the so-called spa area. The sauna was just for 2 people, old and dilapidated. The shower moldy, the water didn't drain. The area open, from the front door could be seen to the sauna. There was no toilet in the spa.
We also tried the massages. The first quarter of an hour was on the house, a nice gesture. A few days later there was a 30 minute massage for 60. We found that a bit overpriced and we said so. The answer was, after all, you would be in a 5 star hotel.
My husband and I had prepared for this combined hiking trip by calling the hotel and asking about the spa area before booking.
Nothing was mentioned about the conditions. The travel agency's task was also clear: a good hotel with a sauna and massage for relaxation after the days of hiking.
The Mythos Palace Resort & Spa is an all-inclusive hotel. This is completely superfluous on a 5-day hiking tour (Krauland) connected to the hotel, which also includes food in local restaurants.
