Tower is a staple of Sacramento brunch life. They often have a wait but trust me it's worth it! They have excellent eggs Benedict but it's really hard to find something not good. Oddly my least favorite was the French toast which most people love. I thought it was too rich. The ambiance is cookie but fun and the staff is very efficient and nice.
